The tech giant is ready to expand its reach in the gaming world as it made the biggest-ever tech investment recorded in history. The all-cash $68.7 billion deal will remain the best deal and Microsft considers Activision Blizzard as of the third biggest gaming company in the world. Bobby Kotick is the chief executive of Activision Blizzard, who gets shares in the gaming company with a value of over $370m. Activision Blizzard games boast of having 25 million subscribers and around 400 million monthly active users. Microsoft is not only made a $68.7 billion deal, but it also announced its plan to buy ZeniMax Media Inc., parent company to Bethesda Game Studios and other publishers in late 2020.
