Reason to Buy Activision Blizzard

The all-cash $68.7 billion deal will remain the best deal and Microsft considers Activision Blizzard as of the third biggest gaming company in the world. Microsoft may become strong in the gaming world and can compete with tech rivals including Meta, formerly known as Facebook. In this deal, Microsoft will spend $95 per share for Activision. It is one of the largest acquisitions to date, compared to Microsoft’s previous buy as it paid 26.2 billion to own LinkedIn in 2016.

Microsoft is not only made a $68.7 billion deal, but it also announced its plan to buy ZeniMax Media Inc., parent company to Bethesda Game Studios and other publishers in late 2020.
