The First Webpage

The first web page was introduced on August 6, 1991, created by Tim Berners-Lee. It operated on a NeXT computer at the European Organization for Nuclear Research, also known as CERN.

The First Fax Machine

Scottish inventor Alexander Bain was credited for introducing the first fax machine in1843. Xerox Corporation invented the first commercialized version of the modern fax machine in 1964.

The First Coin-operated Vending Machine

The first fully automatic vending machine was created in the 1850s and 60s. It sold writing and stands. The first coin-operated vending machines were introduced in the 1880s in London that could dispense postcards, note papers, and envelopes.

The First iPod

Anthony Michael Fadell gets credit for making the first iPod. He is the co-inventor of the iPhone and also a founder and former CEO of Nest Labs. The first iPod had a video camera, which also contained an FM radio, a speaker, a bigger screen, a pedometer, and a shiny exterior case. 

The Mechanical Copy Machine

It was invented in 1780 by James Watt. He is famous for inventing the modern steam engine.

The First Touch Screen

In 1965, the first-ever touch screen was created by Eric A. Johnson. It is called the capacitive touchscreen, which can utilize the insulator. It is glass-covered with a transparent conductor. 

The First Cell Phone

Motorola engineer Martin Cooper is known for making the first-ever cell phone call on the DynaTAC 8000X on April 3, 1973.

The First Fully Functioning Engine Powered Airplane

Wilbur and Orville Wright developed the first fully functioning engine-powered airplane on December 17, 1903.
