You might have heard that the president of America, Joe Biden and lady Jill Biden met Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle, Sunday.

- The Bidens took Air Force One from Newquay, Cornwall, to London’s Heathrow Airport, then a Marine One helicopter the short distance to Windsor.
- They also met during the Group of Seven summit on Friday, but President Joe Biden and his wife had a far more intimate visit with Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II on Sunday at her residence at Windsor Castle.

- Biden stood next to the queen by wearing aviator sunglasses, before inspecting troops in the courtyard of Windsor Castle, which was last seen on television at the solemn burial service for her husband, Prince Philip, who died in April at the age of 99.
- Biden will then join senior commanders to examine the Guard before returning to the dais to watch a military parade with the first lady and the queen.
- Because of the epidemic, this year’s celebration was held on the grounds of Windsor Castle rather than in downtown London.
