1. The Grand Bazaar, Istanbul

The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the world’s top tourist attractions by the number of visitors. It is often regarded as one of the oldest shopping malls in the world. With over 61 covered streets and around 4000 shops, the Grand Bazaar is considered No.1 among the most visited tourist attractions in the world in 2014. Around 91,250,00 people visit the Grand Bazaar annually. The Grand Bazaar has numerous shops selling Turkish teas, ornaments, spices, etc. You can also get to taste the famous Turkish Kebabs in a variety of styles.

2. Sensō-ji Temple, Tokyo

Sensō-ji Temple is an ancient and most famous Buddhist temple located in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. It has a history of around 1400 years and is dedicated to Kannon, the Buddhist goddess of mercy and compassion. The Sensō-ji Temple is an extremely popular and most widely visited spiritual site that attracts around 30 million people every year. The Sensō-ji Temple consists of many gates and buildings including Kaminarimon which enshrines two statues of gods of the wind and thunder, Nakamise shopping street, and a two-story building called Hozomon.

The American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls lie entirely within the United States and the largest of all the three rivers, Horseshoe Falls which are also known as Canadian falls straddle between the United States and Canada. The Canadian Falls is 188 feet tall and 170 feet deep and is one of the most famous tourist attractions for the past 200 years. Niagara falls has the world’s highest flow rate and about 28 million liters of water travel down Niagara Falls every second. The color of the water seems to be green because the water is rich in minerals and limestones that naturally erode creating a green color.

5. The Vatican Museums, Rome, Italy

The Vatican Museum is one of the World’s Most Visited Tourist Attractions. It has around 7 kilometers of art galleries and sculptures. The Vatican Museums include the Spiral Staircase called the Bramante staircase as it was designed by Donato Bramante in 1505. It allows people to go up and down without interruption. Secondly, Raphael’s Transfiguration which is considered to be one of the most famous oil paintings in the world is the last painting of the master Raphael and there are so many other places that are a must-see in the Vatican museums like Pinecone Courtyard, the Tapestries Hall, etc.
