Over 43 sovereign states across our world are being reigned by 26 active sovereign countries with monarchies of kings, queens, sultans, emirs, emperor, and pope.

Here are some countries with absolute monarchy

Sweden:  At present Sweden’s King is Carl XVI Gustaf. The Monarch makes less contribution as ‘Head of Nation’ because the duties and responsibilities of the monarch are provided by the constitution and it has a hereditary monarchy having a parliamentary system.
