Tennis for Two is considered the oldest video game in the world which is already 65 years old. It was the first-ever video game produced entirely for entertainment rather than academic research. It was published on October 18, 1958, in the USA. Invented by William Higginbotham

an American Physicist, It is a multiplayer sports game. William was acclaimed as the first video game developer in the world with the earliest video game and he was the head of the instrumentation division at the Brookhaven National Laboratory.  

Pac Man

When it was released in 1982, it sold more than 1 million copies for Atari, a video game console. 

It is another adaption of the hit Japanese arcade game. The Pac-Man game was a popular childhood game for many people all over the world. It was criticized for poor visuals and sound.

However, the game is regarded as the best-selling Atari 2600 game of all time. This game made a great impact, spawning merchandise spin-offs like pajamas, breakfast cereals, school supplies, and plush toys. 

Space Invaders

Space Invaders is the most influential game in the gaming industry. This gaming series was started in 1978. It originated in Japan and was licensed for the use in U.S. in 1980. On May 17, 2017, the latest version of Arkanoid vs Space Invaders was released, with a lot of interesting features and updates.

Magnavox Odyssey Games

The Magnavox Odyssey was the first home video game ever released. The concept was developed by Ralph H Baer who later produced a prototype with Bill Harrison and Bill Rusch.

They presented the prototype to many manufacturers before Magnavox conceded to produce the console in 1971.

The video game Odyssey was launched in the fall of 1972. The U.S. adaptation came with 12 games. Many games comprised Odyssey are Simon Says, Ski, Table Tennis, Analogic, Football, Hockey, Cat, and Mouse, Haunted House, Submarine, Roulette, and States. Furthermore, Magnavox sold the first video game light gun known as the Peripheral Controller. 

Computer Space

Based on the game Spacewar, was created by Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney in 1970 and 1971. It was the first arcade video game as well as the first commercially available video game.
