Exploring Mars can help astronauts learn more about momentous shifts in climate that contribute to altering planets. NASA’s Perseverance rover has been active since it landed on Jezero Crater. In the past 10 months, the car-size rover has travelled 1.8 miles, making it the longest river driver on a Martian day. In the recent video, Jessica Samuels who is the Perseverance surface operations mission manager at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Southern California looked back on the year that was packed with groundbreaking discoveries. She also demonstrated that the forthcoming stage of Perseverance’s mission is all about examining the delta created in Jezero Crater many millions of years ago. Astrobiology is the primary goal of Perseverance’s mission on Mars. This mission includes the tracking of movements of ancient microbial life. About Mars Exploration Rover
The Exploration Rover is a well-known US robotic car that keeps an eye on the exterior of Mars from January 2004 to June 2018.
