We all know that the atomic bomb, the deadliest invention still remains to be a constant threat to human peace. The explosive output from this weapon is exclusively due to its fission reactions that are commonly referred to as the atom bomb or atomic bomb. It is considered the deadliest weapon so far. 

The world’s first atomic bomb was dropped over the city of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, at 8:16 A.M. Around 80,000 people were killed due to the blast, and 35,000 were injured.

Plastic affects the creatures living in the sea and also indirectly affects the humans on the land.  The chemicals used in the production of plastic are harmful and the most harmful chemicals like cadmium, lead, and mercury can directly affect the human. This toxic material causes cancer, immune system problems, congenital disabilities, and children’s growth development issues.

It is so obvious that smoking is really bad for your health, yet smoking was not seen as a harmless habit and it is massively marketed to millions of people around the world. The very first commercial for cigarettes was launched in 1865 by Washington Duke. It wasn’t until 1940, that the studies began to take place by linking smoking to lung cancer. 

It has been found that more than 16 million Americans are living with a disease that is caused due to smoking. Smoking can cause cancer, tuberculosis, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, stroke, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) which leads to chronic bronchitis. Smoking also leads to certain eye problems and fluctuations in the immune system.

  • Processed Foods 

Ultra-processed foods may taste good but the risk associated with it might give you a bitter taste. However, not to mention most of our food on the plate comes from processed food like canned tomatoes, canned tuna, and other nutrients. It has been estimated that more than half the calories in the American diet come from processed foods. 

The more you consume the more dangerous it is. The processed foods contain saturated fats, added sugar, and salt. When compared to whole foods these processed foods contain fewer vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibres. 

  • Cell Phones 

It might be so hard to say this, but deep down in our hearts, we all know that cellphones and other smart devices are not the most friendly devices in the world. It might look so classy and productive but the minerals and the chemicals inside our phones are responsible for both environmental and human destruction. 

Minerals like tin, gold, tungsten, and tantalum used to create smartphones hold a great part in mass deforestation and environmental damage. The radiation emitted from the cell phone can damage the DNA and the damaged DNA can lead to changes in the genes which may increase the risk of cancer.
